2026年7月からワーホリでロンドンに住んでいます。
さて！！2026/7/30~9/12の6週間限定公演が行われている、英国プロダクション版ミュージカルデスノート（通常デスミュ）！
早速先日観劇してきて、チケットのおかわりをしました泣泣
次回見るまでに予習で歌詞を頭に入れたいので、AIに手伝ってもらいつつ和訳歌詞を書き残していきます。細かいニュアンスが間違っていても悪しからず。2023年半舞台付きコンサートをベースにやっていますので、今回の公演の歌詞ではないです。

■2023→2026変更点
※2023年コンサート版は現地で見ていません！日本版も現地で見ていません！インターネットの情報＆散らばっている動画たちと、自分の感想ベースで書いているので間違っていたらごめんなさい！
・新キャラの追加：死神のジェラスが追加に。これによりレムの心情の動きの変化がより原作に近い動きになったかも。
・新曲の追加：3-4曲追加になっています。
・既存曲の歌詞変更：所々変わっている印象です。
・曲順変更
2023: They're Only Human→Change the World→Hurricane→・・・・
2026: They're Only Human→Change the World（新曲）→・・・→Hurricane
hurricaneの位置がかなり後半に大移動。月（Light）がDeath Noteを拾って最初に試す場面新曲で書き直し。ノートを拾ってから新世界の神を目指すまでの世論と、月の心情をより丁寧にしてくれている印象。
・曲名変更：Playing His Game → Playing My Game
ヤツの中へ英語版。「Lのゲームに月が乗る」→「月のゲーム」のニュアンスの変化。
・他ネットで見かけた意見としては、2023年版はより夜神月が主体の物語運びだったけど、2026年版は、各キャラクターそれぞれにフォーカスが当たっている印象、みたいなものもありました。もともとレムがかなりフォーカスされていたけど、ジェラスの加入によってもはやレムの物語なのでは？とさえ思いました。
・そもそもコンサート版ではない
そもそもがコンサート版ではなく舞台版になるので、かなり大掛かりなセットになりました。バービカンシアター自体縦にも横にも大きい大劇場（連日満席！）なので、高さを生かした演出で、上階が死神界、下階が人間界のように階層分けされていて、演出が綺麗でした。
・物語上の終わり方
エンドがしっかり変わっています。日本初演（最新版わかりませんが）とコンサート版ではミサにデスノートの記憶を放棄させる流れがあり、デスノートに関する記憶を失ったのちにエンドですが、2026年版ではその内容がごっそり削られていて、なんなら最後にデスノートを持ったまま登場。ここは原作上でも面白かったところなので削られてちょっと残念。
・最終局面
月とLの最終対決場所はもともとは日英両方とも倉庫だったのですが、何やら東京の雑居ビルの屋上のようなところに変わっていました。舞台演出としてはこちらの方が映えるので、個人的には良改変。
